These terms apply to your use of yotor.et. By browsing the site or sending us a message through it, you accept them.
They govern the website itself. Any work we go on to do for you (a software project, a property instruction, a machinery sale or rental) is governed by the separate written agreement we sign for that engagement, not by this page.
Who we are
Yotor Technologies PLC is a software company registered in Ethiopia, building management systems for hospitals, hotels, schools, insurance, transport, e-learning, inventory and property, based in Addis Ababa.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, print and share this site for your own or your organisation's information. In return, please do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the site.
- Submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, deliberately misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Republish substantial parts of the site as your own, or use our name, logo or branding to imply an association that does not exist.
Intellectual property
The text, page design, layout, structure, branding, logos and names used on this site are owned by Yotor Technologies PLC or licensed to us, and are protected by Ethiopian and international copyright and trade mark law. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Some photography and illustration on this site is licensed from third parties rather than owned by us. Copyright in that material stays with its respective owners, and nothing here grants you any right to reuse it. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to [email protected] and we will look into it and remove anything we cannot properly account for.

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but the content here is for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Descriptions of properties, machinery, availability and past projects are indicative and can change. Nothing on this site creates a binding commitment until it is set out in a signed agreement between us.
Products still in development
Parts of this site describe software products and features that may still be in development. Timing, coverage and pricing may change before release.
Where the site says pricing will be announced at launch, no price has been fixed and nothing shown should be treated as a quotation or an offer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the courts of Addis Ababa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
